Professional Fighters League brass likes what it sees in Patrick Habirora.
The 24-year-old Belgian prospect will put his pristine 6-0 record on the line when he meets Ultimate Fighting Championship veteran Danny Roberts in the 2025 PFL Europe 2 headliner on Saturday at ING Arena in Brussels, Belgium. Habirora has finished five of his six opponents via knockout or technical knockout, four of them inside one round. He last saw action on Feb. 7, when he cut down Dima Glevka with a knee strike and follow-up punches in the first round of their encounter under the Fight and Furious banner. Roberts, meanwhile, spent nearly eight years on the UFC roster and enjoyed varying degrees of success at the sport’s highest level. “Hot Chocolate” last suited up at UFC Fight Night 224, where he bowed to second-round punches from Jonny Parsons on July 22, 2023. It was Roberts’ third loss in a row and resulted in a parting of the ways with the company.

Job Hunt
Taylor Lapilus still has not found a long-term home despite a proven track record. Twice released by the UFC, the Frenchman makes his promotional debut opposite 2024 PFL MENA bantamweight tournament winner Ali Taleb in the three-round co-main event at 135 pounds. Lapilus, 33, has won eight of his past nine bouts, a January 2024 decision defeat to Farid Basharat his only misstep. A former Ares Fighting Championship, TKO Major League MMA and German MMA Championship titleholder, he last competed at UFC Fight Night 243, where he outpointed Vince Morales to a unanimous decision on Sept. 28. It was not enough to keep his spot on the roster. On the other side of the ledger, Talib rose to prominence as part of the PFL’s fledgling Middle East and North Africa branch. The 27-year-old Swedish Athletics product has rattled off three consecutive victories, two of them by knockout in the first round, to improve to 12-1 with 10 finishes.
Talent Show
All the necessary conditions appear to be in place for Ibragim Ibragimov to ascend to stardom. The undefeated Manchester Top Team talent takes the next step in his development when he toes the line against Mathys Duragrin in a three-round featherweight showcase. Just 21 years of age, Ibragimov has opened his career with nine straight wins. “The Mauler” last strapped on the gloves at PFL Champions Series 1, where he took a unanimous decision from Kenny Mokhonoana on Jan. 25. The 29-year-old Duragrin, meanwhile, sports a 4-0 record ahead of his highest-profile assignment to date. He made his organizational debut at the 2024 PFL Europe Finals, where he swept the scorecards from Yassin Chtatou in December. Duragrin trains under Gaetan Hurtel at the Old School Academy in Villecresnes, France.
